Mr. LaTulipe has over 17 years experience in the design and construction industry. Before forming Milestone Project Management, Mr. LaTulipe enjoyed a project delivery/executive position with one of the nation's leading healthcare developers. His responsibilities included delivery of projects in Wisconsin, Louisiana, Texas and Kansas.

He has a background in consulting engineering, project management, program development and design management as an owner's representative for M.D. Anderson Cancer Center at the Texas Medical Center in Houston, Texas. Additionally, Mr. LaTulipe has extensive experience in the design planning, and construction of facilities to accommodate advanced diagnostic and medical treatment equipment.
