This addition to an existing 86-bed hospital included a four (4)-story bed tower totaling 87,000 SF. The project included ICU, Step-Down and medical/surgical beds and support spaces for patients, families and staff. The first floor also included a conference center, medical records storage, and the hospital administrative suite.

Engagement:

Milestone was engaged as the Owner's Representative / Project Management firm on behalf of St. Luke's Episcopal Health System. MPM managed the project during the final six months of construction through post-occupancy of the project.
