A 14,000 SF emergency center with patient care areas containing 12 exam rooms, 2 crash rooms, 2 triage rooms, Digital Radiology and CT scan suite, and 2 patient holding/observing rooms. Other secondary and support spaces include administrative offices, public waiting areas and areas for staff use.

Engagement:

Milestone was engaged as the Owner's Representative / Project Management firm on behalf of St. Luke's Episcopal Health System. MPM oversaw the completion of the project documents, facilitated a GMP contract with the general contractor, and managed the design/construction process through the occupancy of the project.
