This project, a 7,000 SF expansion over the existing, single-story Emergency Department, allowed St. Luke's The Woodlands Hospital to double their OR capacity with four new ORs, bringing their total number to eight. The expansion includes one heart room and one DaVinci (robotic) room. The other two rooms are built out for future heart and DaVinci rooms. Construction was completed in two phases, and also included the installation of dedicated rooftop units, a screen wall and new building signage.

Milestone was engaged as the Owner's Representative / Project Management firm on behalf of St. Luke's Episcopal Health System. MPM oversaw the entire design phase and construction process through the occupancy of the project.
