This existing hospital pharmacy was renovated to provide a USP 797-compliant clean room for preparation of chemotherapy drugs. Careful planning allowed the existing clean room and pharmacy workrooms to remain operational throughout the construction process. The equipment relocation was carefully coordinated to ensure that the pharmacy, which serves St. Luke's emergency department, to prepare IVs and chemotherapy products at any time.

Milestone was engaged as the Owner's Representative / Project Management firm on behalf of St. Luke's Episcopal Hospital. MPM oversaw the entire design phase and construction process through the occupancy of the project.
