To meet the growing demand of the Women's Services department, this project included work on two floors of the hospital. On one floor, the existing Newborn Nursery area was renovated into a Neo-natal Critical Care Unit with 1,750 square feet of clinical space. A new 1,000 square foot Newborn Nursery was located on another floor, including a soiled utility room, crash cart alcove, nourishment, and a sub-nursing station.

Milestone was engaged as the Owner's Representative / Project Management firm on behalf of St. Luke's Episcopal Health System. MPM oversaw the entire design phase and construction process through the occupancy of the project.
